Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support and enhance our organization's learning initiatives. This role is pivotal in administering our learning platforms, managing scholarship programs, analyzing learning data, and ensuring smooth execution of training sessions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development, possess strong analytical skills, and excel in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do:
- Learning Platform Administration: Manage and optimize the usage of LinkedIn Learning, including user access, content curation, and engagement tracking.
- Scholarship Program Management: Oversee the administration of THE COMPANY scholarship programs, aiming to increase awareness and participation through targeted communication strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, organize, and synthesize data to create informative reports on registration trends, learner demographics, and success metrics.
- Communication & Marketing: Promote available development opportunities to employees and respond to learning inquiries promptly.
- Financial Administration: Handle L&D invoicing, vendor payments, and budget tracking to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for L&D processes, continuously seeking improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate training participation records to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
- Brand & Awareness: Support the L&D brand through online presence management and participation in new employee onboarding sessions.
- Training Support: Assist in the delivery of virtual training sessions, including technical setup and real-time support, partnering with facilitators to ensure seamless execution.
What you bring:
- 2+ years proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar.
- Strong ability to understand platforms, technologies, and applications related to learning.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
