Our client is seeking a collaborative corporate/commercial lawyer to join its team as Counsel, reporting to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating a broad variety of commercial contracts and, ideally, experience advising clients in the public sector on procurement matters. Exposure to privacy and/or commercial real estate matters would be considered assets. This role will suit a results-oriented lawyer with the desire to work in an environment rich with variety and challenge who can effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
