Are you a Bilingual professional (French & English) seeking a job opportunity? Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent Bilingual Incident Response Coordinator (French & English) position with our client, a global leader in workplace safety based in Calgary, AB.

As the Alert Management Specialist, you will manage safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution.

Location: Calgary

Job type: Full-time Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor the safety of our customers' personnel.

Manage emergency alerts and follow escalation protocols professionally, with efficiency.

Respond to emergency situations with calm and confidence.

Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered.

Monitor weather and road conditions where customers are working alone to keep them informed of potential issues.

Provide excellent customer service.

Maintain records and prepare reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Minimum 5 years of Customer service or dispatch experience

Fluent written & spoken English is required

Fluent/native speaker level in written & spoken French is mandatory

Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed

Strong computer literacy, experience with Teams and Outlook is an asset

Clear criminal background check

Valid First Aid and CPR are an asset

Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic to handle a high volume of client interactions with diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
