About Kampi

Our mission is to help shrimp farmers thrive-using intelligent tools to boost profitability, sustainability, and quality of life, while unlocking shrimp's potential as a healthy, sustainable protein for the world.

Kampi's AI-powered platform transforms complex farm data into clear insights, predictive models, and automated workflows. From biomass estimation to water quality, feeding, and harvest planning, we help farmers make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions-wherever they are.

We're a fast-growing, mission-driven team working at the intersection of aquaculture, AI, and practical design. If you're excited about building tools that make a real-world impact, come join us.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of aquaculture. You'll lead the design of new features from concept to launch, simplify complex decision-making workflows, and champion UX across the platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll work closely with product, engineering, and customers to craft tools that feel intuitive, powerful, and grounded in the realities of aquaculture.

What You'll Do

  • Own design from end-to-end across a range of features-wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and final specs
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and solve user problems
  • Design for complexity-turning predictive models and farm data into clear, actionable interfaces
  • Talk to farmers, biologists, and farm operators to understand real workflows and constraints
  • Create and maintain design systems and scalable UI patterns
  • Help Kampi evolve its design language as we grow and expand into new regions and product lines
  • What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B, SaaS or data-heavy applications
    • Ability to simplify complexity through design and bring clarity to uncertain problem spaces
    • Strong UX craft and attention to detail in UI execution
    • Comfortable working in hybrid teams and collaborating across functions
    • Experience conducting or participating in user research and usability testing
    • Bonus: Spanish fluency
  • Why Join kampi

    • Have real impact-your designs will be used in the field to help feed the world
    • Work with a mission-driven team solving tough, meaningful problems
    • Shape the future of a fast-growing product from the ground up
    • Flexible work environment with a focus on outcomes, not hours
