Product Manager - B2B Portal (Montreal / Hybrid)

Coders Connect is working with an award-winning tech company in Montreal to find a Product Manager who can take full ownership of a critical B2B web portal. You'll drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery-collaborating with design, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value for internal teams and external partners alike.

What You'll Do

• Lead product ideation by analyzing UX trends, building early concepts, and exploring ideas with stakeholders
• Own the product roadmap-translate business needs into prioritized features and strategic outcomes
• Manage the full product lifecycle: define business cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and turn ideas into deliverables
• Act as the UX champion for a consistent and intuitive portal experience
• Write clear user stories and maintain a strong backlog with the dev team using Agile methodologies
• Monitor product KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize value delivery based on data

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in product management for web-based tech or SaaS platforms
• Experience leading B2B web portal development-bonus if you've worked with React and UX teams
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality digital products
• Strong understanding of Agile, API integrations, and business process management
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Analytical mindset-comfortable defining and tracking KPIs to guide decisions

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Customer Service, Copilot Studio)
• Experience in organizations using Value Stream structures
• Knowledge of Azure or other cloud-based platforms for workflow automation
