JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer and Sales Support Representative is vital in supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal teams by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operational coordination. This position also supports rep onboarding, customer billing, account management, and clinic relations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Respond to and follow up on phone, email, and CRM inquiries from customers, sales reps, and distributors.
- Create and manage customer accounts, quotes, invoices, and payment links in ERP/CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot order problems, billing discrepancies, and shipping delays; coordinate across teams to resolve issues.
- Support U.S. and Canadian sales reps, including new rep onboarding and daily assistance.
- Maintain clean and accurate customer account data, including pricing updates, contracts, and blanket POs.
- Oversee logistics for U.S. trade shows, including shipments, supplies, and schedules.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department to ensure accurate and timely handling of high-priority orders.
- Manage audiologist billing, clinic programs, and related customer support.
- Prepare reports and assist with customer or market research as needed.
- Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including customer, pricing, and business data.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 2 years of customer service or inside sales support experience preferred.
- ERP (Epicor preferred) and CRM (HubSpot preferred) experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
