Location: 100% On site 1 Place Ville Marie Montréal, QC
Duration: 6 Months
Daily Responsibilities:
Handling and preparing mailouts, batching and scanning documents. Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data. Key in paper documents using templates at the required speed and accuracy (UPS). Cross-train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice). Calling clients and sending emails, Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification. Work under minimum supervision.
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
2+ years related experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Needs to be fully Bilingual
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour
Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
