At Onyx Technologies, we're reimagining CRM for the real estate industry. Our platform, built on Salesforce, empowers real estate developers and their teams to sell smarter, collaborate better, and automate more-from first contact to final signature. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a strategic, people-first, process-obsessed Director of Operations to help us scale sustainably.
Your Mission
As Director of Operations, you'll report directly to the executive team and act as the connective tissue between our departments. Your mandate: optimize operations, foster collaboration, and support scalable growth across the company.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. HR & Talent Management
- Lead the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development
- Establish salary frameworks, compensation structures, and retention strategies
- Build a values-driven culture where our people thrive
2. Finance & Strategic Planning
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
- Collaborate on financing strategy and resource allocation
- Ensure financial compliance and fiscal responsibility across projects
3. Cross-Team Collaboration & Delivery Optimization
- Integrate Marketing, Sales, Delivery, QA, and Dev teams into one seamless operational engine
- Deploy Jira best practices to streamline workflows and improve team synergy
- Track, measure, and report on productivity and operational KPIs
4. Product & Project Excellence
- Support the dev team in implementing lean product management frameworks (agile, roadmapping, prioritization)
- Bring structure to sprint planning, release cycles, and backlog grooming
5. Learning & Knowledge Sharing
- Foster a culture of shared learning across delivery and technical teams
- Encourage cross-functional mentorship and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in a senior operations, COO, or cross-functional leadership role at a tech or SaaS company
- Experience managing HR and finance functions in a growing organization
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (especially Jira & Confluence) and agile project management
- Deep understanding of scaling operational processes in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual (English/French) is a major asset
