Airswift is seeking a Contract Administrator to work on a 12-month contract position in Thunder Bay, ON.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for administering, on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), the terms of the construction contract. This individual must be different from the Project Manager.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Successful completion of the TLT 131 Advanced Issues Resolution course, including any applicable refresher.
- Certified by OACETT with the Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) designation.
Experience Requirements
The Contract Administrator must have:
- A minimum of 2 construction seasons of demonstrated Contract Administrator experience on one or more similar MTO or municipal projects (or equivalent).
- At least 1 project with a construction value of no less than $3,800,000.
- Served in the role of Contract Administrator on the referenced project for a minimum of 4 months.
