We're looking for a Paid Social Video Editor & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining short-form video editing with ad platform coordination. You'll be hands-on in crafting high-performing ad creatives and also managing the behind-the-scenes setup and organization inside platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
What You'll Do:
Video Editing
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Use existing brand assets, UGC clips, voiceovers, and product shots to create high-performing ad creatives
- Work closely with our media buyers and strategists to iterate on concepts and test variations
- Stay up-to-date with creative trends and platform best practices
Ad Coordination & Uploading
- Upload and organize ads inside Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms
- Work with internal media buyers to ensure proper naming conventions, URL tracking, and creative rotation
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience editing short-form video for paid social
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and how ad uploading/structuring works
- Proficiency in some of the following tools Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools (Bonus: After Effects)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
- Strong understanding of what makes a scroll-stopping creative for direct response
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a fast-moving team
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with UGC-style content
- Experience working at an agency or with multiple eComm brands
- Basic knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
