We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer with 6-8 years of SFDC experience and expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support strategic business initiatives and follow enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze business strategies and requirements to evaluate solution options that leverage Salesforce CRM capabilities across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient solution designs that align with both current business needs and long-term strategic goals.
• Contribute to the design and development of functionality within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Work closely with scrum teams to define user stories and deliver technical solutions, including performing technical analysis and providing effort estimates.
• Support DevOps processes and identify opportunities for development efficiency improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform advancements and apply development best practices in line with internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools used within the Salesforce ecosystem
