Vaco is looking for a DevOps Engineer
In this role, you'll support the implementation of AI solutions on the AWS cloud, focusing on infrastructure deployment, operations, monitoring, and security. You'll be an integral part of a team working on secure and large-scale AI pipelines using modern cloud technologies.
What you'll do:

Manage and maintain the AI platform on AWS and other cloud-based services

Implement infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins

Leverage AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC) for infrastructure optimization

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate in environments using Databricks and Snowflake

Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis and code reviews

Guide development teams in adopting DevOps best practices

Support data pipeline operations and ensure secure development practices
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related experience

4-5 years of experience in a software or AI engineering team and in a DevOps role

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC

Proficiency in DevOps and IaC/CI-CD tools: GitLab, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, ELK

Experience working with Databricks and Snowflake is a strong asset

Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle is a plus

Self-starter with strong initiative and end-to-end project ownership
