Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement route plan (Who to see, where to go, when and how often) to achieve territory sales and profit targets.
  • Identify, open, and develop new end user client relationships.
  • Drive sales in our leading brands portfolio with emphasis on driving volume and profit through end customer visits and demos. This is not a desk job, but computer skills are a must.
  • Support, setup, and attend trade shows as required.
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Service Team to maintain pricing, discounts, programs and trade deals.
  • Track and prepare Sales contracts and respond to RFPs.
  • Use Salesforce to document sales activity and create the sales funnel for opportunities
  • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Any other such duties as may be determined by your reporting Manager.

  • Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Preferably a certified and trained Chef with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
  • Has a strong passion for helping people and forging relationships.
  • Able to prioritize and follow up.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel to factories in the USA as required.
