Your responsibilities will include
- Serve as the ambassador and key administrative support to the team of professionals carrying out project work for clients throughout Western Canada.
- Greet visitors and clients; answer and respond to/forward telephone and email enquiries.
- Support the President and Professional team in preparing correspondence, reports, emails, presentations, meeting agendas/minutes, contracts and related documents.
- Assist the Accountant in providing general accounting support in the areas of A/P, A/R, and data entry of information.
- Assist with prospective and current project work such as opening and closing of projects, preparing proposals and website updates.
- Ensure positive and productive work relationships are maintained within the company and with clients. Demonstrate teamwork and initiative to support others in meeting client and project deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Other duties as assigned and as demonstrated capability.
Requirements:
- Related education in business/office administration is an asset.
- Relevant experience in administration, general office and accounting(entry to intermediate level).
- Past experience working in a project-based environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software or InDesign, website management (WIx) is an asset.
- Beneficial: Familiarity/experience with InDesign and other Adobe programs, as well as with editing photos. Familiarity/experience with Wix or other similar website experience

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30 (37.5 hour week).
