We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Architect to drive the successful transition of data from legacy systems to Salesforce. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams to gather and define data migration requirements. The ideal candidate will lead a team to design and execute a robust, scalable, and secure data migration strategy, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystems.

Here is how you will be involved

• Design and implement data models, data governance policies, and data quality processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures data availability, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with business, cross functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, develop and maintain data mapping document, and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Migration challenges. Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends

Your experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, data governance, and data quality processes,
• Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Hands on experience on using tools such as Salesforce Data Import, Salesforce Data Loader, dbAmp, Azure ADF, and other migration tools,
• Highly skilled in SQL scripting, with strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Experience in Manual Data Validation, Data Validation through SQL scripting
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with data science and machine learning technologies such Python, R, or TensorFlow
• Certification in Salesforce Data Architecture or related field
