We're Hiring: Lead ServiceNow Developer (Full-Time Hybrid - Toronto)

An exciting opportunity is open for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across Business Continuity Management (BCM), GRC/Integrated Risk Management (IRM), ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, who can architect and implement scalable solutions that align with business continuity, IT risk management, and asset governance objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across core and GRC modules

Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations

Drive automation for risk, audit, BCM plans, and CMDB lifecycle

Collaborate with compliance and disaster recovery teams

Lead platform governance, ensure best practices and compliance

Mentor junior developers and support platform architecture decisions

Tech Skills We're Looking For: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs

Deep experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping

Certifications: CIS - IRM, CAD, BCM Micro-Certifications

Experience with GRC workflows, BCM risk assessments, and test automation

Bonus if you have:

CIS Certifications in Discovery or Service Mapping

Background in regulatory/audit-driven environments
