About the Opportunity
Team Management

  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to 3 direct reports: 2 Manager, 1 SFA
  • Establishing objectives and providing coaching in developing skills sets (including attention to detail, time management, excel modelling) to drive a high performing team
  • Support future team growth/ expansion as needed (including the hiring of additional staff)

Month/Quarter-end; Forecasting/Budgeting

  • Drive financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting for 3 business segments
  • In depth monthly analysis/forecast to drive key financial metrics and foster an environment of continuous optimization
  • Work with the FP&A team and independently across the company to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership, in core processes as well as on a project basis including profit opportunities

Business Partnering

  • Partner with Senior Leadership team to analyze and ensure metrics (KPIs) tracking to budget
  • Partner and coordinate with internal departments to define key priorities and targets for each business segment
  • Support FP&A Director in future and post analysis in business decision making for overhead departments (including HR/ IT)
  • Monthly presentations on landing of financials

Reporting and Process Improvement

  • Prepare reports and analysis in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, month-end reports,
  • Drive internal process improvements and controls; continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics
  • Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices across the team
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide insights into business performance and collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial implications

About You

  • Accounting designation (CPA)
  • 6+ years' FP&A experience
  • 2+ years' Management experience
  • Strong business partnering

Salary Range
$120,000 - $135,000/year
