Job Title: Farm Worker / General Labor (Vegetable Farm)

Pay Rate : $17.50/hr

Responsibilities:

Assist in planting, maintaining, and harvesting vegetable crops

Perform routine tasks such as weeding, watering, and fertilizing crops

Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools

Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the day

Ensure proper care and handling of produce to prevent damage

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Assist with general farm maintenance as needed

Requirements:

Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, sun, and dust

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive manual labor

Previous farm or agricultural experience is an asset, but not required

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Must be comfortable with long hours, including weekends, depending on the farms needs

Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Willingness to learn and adapt to farm-specific practices and tools

Working Conditions:

Outdoor environment in varying weather conditions (hot, sunny, and occasionally rainy)

Work is physically demanding and requires a high level of energy and stamina

This role involves long hours, including early mornings and some weekend work

This position may involve standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
