Job Description:

As a Food Server at Petros 82, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests are seated to the end of their visit. You'll be well-versed in our menu, personable, poised under pressure, and committed to creating memorable dining moments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and precise service
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace and urgency

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be smart-serve certified
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
• Flexible schedule - evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
