Compensation:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD
  • Performance Bonuses & Commission
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $130,000+

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in key medical sectors
  • Consult with executives, product managers, and Key Opinion Leaders to assess needs and deliver solutions
  • Present products through webinars, trade shows, screen shares, and virtual demos
  • Collaborate with analysts to shape research scope and improve product fit
  • Negotiate pricing strategies to align with client budgets and maximize value
  • Lead and coach a sales unit, helping team members meet and exceed KPIs
  • Ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction across all sales projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Biology, Life Sciences, Economics, or Business)
  • 2+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Passion for healthcare, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
