Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Customer Journey E2E: You will be our client whisperer. From ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to making sure clients are maximizing our go-to-market strategies, you'll be there every step of the way.
  • Handling Support Cases: Be ready to step into the shoes of our clients, understanding their concerns and ensuring they get the assistance they need in record time.
  • Reporting Product Bugs: Your attention to detail will be pivotal in catching any glitches or issues in our product, ensuring our software remains top-notch.
  • Building a Support System: We're counting on your innovative spirit to design and implement a support system that's as robust as it is user-friendly.
