With a strong pipeline of full-building lease-up projects secured for 2025 and beyond, we are looking for a driven and adaptable leasing agent to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey.

About the Role

This is a full-time, commission-based position ideal for someone who thrives in an agile, high-performance environment where efficiency matters more than volume. You'll have the flexibility to plan your own schedule while remaining responsive to property visit requests, and you'll play a key role in upholding our reputation for fast, results-driven lease-ups. The average expected income is $6000+ per month, with significant earning potential during peak seasons. Thanks to our robust marketing strategy and steady project pipeline, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads.

What You'll Do

- Advertise and show rental units to prospective tenants

- Qualify leads and close leases by clearly explaining rental terms and community benefits

- Maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants, and our internal team

- Report issues and property concerns proactively

- Help improve occupancy rates with a focus on execution and speed

What We're Looking For

- Bilingual in French and English

- Leasing experience is a strong asset

- Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license

- Comfortable working independently and making quick decisions

- Solution-oriented, resourceful, and client-focused

- A genuine interest in real estate and helping people find their next home
