Role Description

This is a subcontract role for a Mortgage Associate/Broker (Commercial). The primary responsibilities include finding and securing new client relationships, managing and processing commercial mortgage applications, coordinating with financial institutions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders and staying updated on market trends and regulations. This is a hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry, mortgage lending, and mortgage marketing
• Strong mortgage knowledge and experience with various mortgage products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and financial markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta
