What You'll Be Doing:

As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Advisor, you'll support our service department, commercial clients, and walk-in customers by identifying and supplying the correct truck parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing truck and heavy equipment parts.
  • Inspect returned/damaged parts and determine appropriate replacements or refunds.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend interchangeable parts when necessary.
  • Manage phone, email, and e-commerce parts inquiries and orders.
  • Organize and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory control.
  • Participate in ongoing dealer or manufacturer training (including e-learning courses).
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
  • What We're Looking For:

    • 2+ years of experience in truck parts sales or heavy equipment parts (agricultural or automotive).
    • Previous experience in rentals or commercial/industrial vehicle industries is a plus.
    • A self-starter with strong sales skills and customer service focus.
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication.
    • Team player with a drive for results and a commitment to excellence.
    • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
    • Valid driver's license preferred.

    Work Environment:

    This is an in-person, active role in a fast-paced shop environment. You'll be on your feet, lifting parts (with assistance for items over 50 lbs), and engaging with customers and team members daily.
