Part Time Receptionist
Part Time, Permanent
25 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 2:00 pm
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and dedicated part time receptionist to join our team.
The position requires excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and be an effective team member. Proven receptionist experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls and respond to caller's inquiries in a positive, accurate and professional manner; Redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required;
Greet, assist and direct all visitors and clients
Set up intake appointments by telephone and email and update Outlook calendars
Enter and update new client information into our intake software always maintaining confidentiality and privacy;
Request and collect client documents ensuring information is received in a timely manner; track the requests and collection by updating our administrative Microsoft Teams Planner
Open new files using our CRM software
Scan documents and save to CRM software
Arrange courier pick up and prepare outgoing mail
Maintain a clean, well organized reception area
Assist with small projects as required
Qualifications
Above average interpersonal and communication skills
Must exhibit professional and polished appearance and telephone manner
Highly organized and detail focused
Ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
Dependable with a strong and proven work ethic
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with LEAP and RedView software an asset
Work Location: In person. Office located downtown Kitchener
