We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Field Service Supervisor.

Take your leadership and technical expertise to the next level in a high-impact role that keeps critical operations moving. As the Field Service Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team responsible for servicing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment across multiple sites-ensuring uptime, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and support field service technicians performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on heavy industrial equipment
• Coordinate service schedules, dispatch, and site readiness with internal teams and clients
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and ensure quality of work meets company and industry standards
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and troubleshoot escalated issues
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment documentation
• Manage parts inventory, tools, and service vehicle readiness
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to meet client expectations and project timelines

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in field service or maintenance roles with heavy industrial equipment
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with customer relationship management in a service environment
• Familiarity with service tracking software or field service management tools
• Strong health & safety awareness and experience enforcing safety protocols

Location: Mississauga

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 + travel bonuses
