Position Overview:

Here at E360S we have an exciting opportunity as we are looking for Loaders to support our new contract we were awarded which starts July 2025! As a Waste loader, you will ride along with the waste collection truck and be responsible for manually collecting garbage, recycling, or yard waste and loading it into the truck. This is a hands-on, outdoor job that plays a key role in keeping our communities clean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ride along assigned collection routes on a garbage truck
• Collect and lift garbage bags, bins, and containers from curbsides or commercial properties
• Load waste materials into the back of the truck safely and efficiently
• Ensure all waste is collected from designated stops and report any missed pickups
• Work closely with the driver and communicate clearly to ensure route efficiency and safety
• Handle materials properly and follow all safety protocols
• Clean up any spills or scattered waste around collection points
• Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of equipment when necessary

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50-75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be physically fit and able to work on foot for long periods
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Safety-conscious with a good attitude toward manual labor
• Previous experience in waste management or outdoor labor is a plus, but not required
