Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other estate documents
- Manage client files and communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other relevant parties
- Support estate administration by preparing probate applications and estate accounts
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team as needed
Requirements
- Relevant education and training
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Solid knowledge of wills, estates, and probate procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a growing practice and supporting departmental expansion
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Dedicated to ongoing learning
