Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service interactions, and improving the overall customer experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Lead the order entry process by entering orders in the system and communicating with clients to propose solutions when what they want is not available. Cross-selling and Up-selling.

- Administer accounts payable by recording supplier invoices and linking them to payments made to support the procurement management function.

- Administrative assistance to the executive team with tasks including: data and document entry; creating documents and reports; developing and maintaining a document filing system; managing correspondence with suppliers following order placements to ensure timely delivery; entering POs into the system; updating prices across all channels (software, price list, customer platforms); sending and submitting documents on customer portals; organizing logistics and communicating with transport providers; etc.

- Oversee the company's onsite quality system by developing best practices to ensure product quality. This includes: working closely with the Operations Manager and Procurement Manager to ensure compliance with internal procedures, training and communicating regularly with the team to ensure proper application of procedures

- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure positive customer engagement and build company loyalty
