Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters related to the daily operations of executive leadership and the broader organization with discretion and professionalism.
- Efficiently organize and coordinate the executive team's schedule, travel arrangements, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of leadership's time and priorities.
- Assist in organizing meetings and tracking follow-up actions for senior leadership and other key executives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and internal team members.
- Support leadership initiatives by assisting with event planning and engagement activities.
- Oversee expense reporting for leadership, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Provide assistance on ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years as an Exexutive/Administrative Assistant, ideally coming from the asset management or financial services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
