Situated in the heart of the financial district, our high profile Global Investment firm is seeking a new Senior Administrative Assistant to take the helm of a boutique style office as their administrator retires.
In this role you will support a team of advisors lead by their Managing Director. The duties include handling complex international travel arrangements, processing expenses, preparing presentations and reports, recording activity in the CRM, stocking refreshments for visitors and clients, and providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere while providing support for staff and clients alike.
What you bring is a strong degree of stability with 8-12 years of similar administrative experience, specifically in the financial/investment field.
Strong MS Office and Outlook for scheduling meetings both domestically and abroad.

Our client requires in-office support Monday-Thursday with Friday as a work from home day. 9-5. Full Group Benefits start immediately.
