Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and knowledge management strategies.
• Conduct instructional design and training needs assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support adoption.
• Document learning methodologies, strategies, and knowledge transfer processes.

Requirements

• Experience in IT training, instructional design, and knowledge management.
• Proven skills in training needs assessments and instructional methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to effectively measure training outcomes and user adoption.
