Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the digital and audio advertising space. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads from both churned and new clients across long-tail and mid-tail accounts. You will play a key role in generating warm leads for our sales team, helping to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Qualification
Experience in Sales or Advertising: 1-2 years in sales, sales development, or digital/audio advertising (preferred but not required).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and compelling value propositions.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to review data, understand campaign performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable opportunities for clients.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams to achieve common goals.
Passion for Media & Advertising: An interest in the digital/audio advertising landscape and a desire to grow in a high-growth industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Qualify Leads: Reach out to potential advertisers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools. Evaluate leads using data-driven criteria to ensure alignment with our platform's offering
Nurture Leads: Build relationships with prospective clients by understanding their advertising needs, objectives, and challenges, fostering long-term engagement and interest.
Educate & Inform: Effectively communicate the value proposition of digital and audio advertising, highlighting platform features like audience targeting, analytics, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Book meetings for larger mid-tail clients and pass qualify leads over to the Spotify Account Executive team, ensuring smooth handoffs a alignment on goals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor platforms, and the latest developments in the digital and audio advertising space.
Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed targets for lead qualification, outbound outreach, and appointment-setting activities to support team goals.
