Job Description:

As a Bartender at Petros 82, you'll be the face of the bar program, crafting quality cocktails while engaging guests with genuine service. You'll maintain a clean and efficient bar, have strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, and elevate the guest experience with each interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding area
• Manage bar inventory and restock as needed
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests seated at the bar
• Support servers with drink orders during busy service periods
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with care and urgency
• Stay informed on new trends, spirits, and seasonal offerings

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years bartending in upscale or high-volume restaurants
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail building
• Must be Smart Serve certified
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
