Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Flexo Press Operator at ABI System Inc./Tara Packaging located in Windsor, ON. The Flexo Press Operator will operate flexographic printing equipment, manage quality control processes, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform pre-press setup tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality printing results, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation, including setup and maintenance
• Proficient in Quality Control processes to ensure product standards
• Skilled in Printing and understanding of flexographic printing techniques
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting to resolve mechanical issues
• Knowledge of Pre-press setup and procedures
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
