IT Deskside support technicians, bilingual
- $25-38/hour based on experience
- 6 months CONTRACT with possibility of extension (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week)
Location: Montreal - 100% Inperson

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English and French)
Engagement Type: Full-time consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, including support via phone and Tech Café presence.
- Assist with Windows 11 migration across sites, including device imaging, pre-staging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Offer user guidance for OneDrive backups, mobile device support, and specialized Lenovo applications.
- Log, triage, and resolve technical incidents and requests, escalating as needed.
- Maintain visibility on-site through proactive office walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with service desk, telecom, and other IT teams for issue resolution.
- Document all work in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Support setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conference and server room equipment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Windows Migration experience
- Familiarity with Windows 11 is a MUST
- ServiceNow experience as a Ticketing platform is a MUST
- Experience working in a Server room
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (English and French).
- Strong soft skills and professional demeanor when dealing with users.
