Our Toronto client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Hybrid Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Business Analyst to join our team in Vaughan.

Job Summary: As a Permanent Hybrid Oracle Cloud HCM Support Resource, you will play a crucial role in providing ongoing support and maintenance for our clients' Oracle Cloud HCM systems. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. The role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site in our Vaughan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle Cloud HCM Support: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system functionality.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
  3. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on support activities.
  4. System Enhancements: Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements, improvements, and optimizations within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, issue resolution, and system configurations.
  6. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for end-users and share knowledge with the internal team to ensure a high level of expertise within the organization.
  7. Adherence to Best Practices: Follow industry best practices and stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM releases, new features, and updates.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  3. Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
  7. Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules is an advantage.
