Job Title: Business Analyst - Teambinder/InEight (Permanent Role)

Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office per Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Teambinder/ InEight Document solutions to join our Toronto (Vaughan) client on a permanent basis. This hybrid role, based in Vaughan, requires three days per week working onsite.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the ongoing use, optimization, and potential expansion of our document management systems. Experience with system implementation and rollouts would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams regarding Teambinder/InEight document management processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support system improvements and new feature implementations.
  • Assist in the configuration, deployment, and continuous enhancement of Teambinder/InEight Document systems.
  • Support users through training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and business process maps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure optimal use and integration of document management systems.
  • Contribute to change management and system adoption initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations or upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Teambinder and/or InEight Document platforms.
  • Prior experience with system implementations, upgrades, or migrations is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
