We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support various inbound and outbound programs across a variety of digital marketing platforms. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to develop brand-aligned content, manage social media channels, create written/visual/audio content, and engage with the Rosedale OSSD Global School Network.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the marketing team, you will:

  • Help develop content that generates demand, enhances user experience, maintains brand consistency, and aligns with current trends.
  • Support the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and maintaining a social media calendar.
  • Create and edit visual and/or audio content, such as reels and photos, and manage the posting process.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Contribute to writing engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, website content, and marketing copy.
  • Support the creation of performance-driven content for paid digital campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
  • Assist with customer referral and partner outreach efforts.
  • Support PR activities by crafting press releases, distributing content to media outlets, and assisting with digital event coordination and logistics.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in communications, marketing, or a related field at an accredited university or college.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using social media platforms such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, along with familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable creating, shooting, and editing visual content, with a willingness to appear on camera when needed.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Driven to exceed KPIs and contribute to organizational success.
  • Interest in international education, transformative learning, and K12/higher education.

Assets

  • Proven graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience developing and managing written, video, or audio content.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like GA4, Ahrefs, or GTM to analyze performance and optimize key content metrics.
