As a Sr. CloudOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and managing all aspects of our on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with various teams (product managers, project managers, analysts, developers, support, etc.) and wear multiple hats to ensure we are always delivering value to our customers. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our application and help troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues. We're looking for someone with strong listening skills and time management who can take ownership and drive projects to completion. The successful candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a drive for innovation, along with well-developed technical acumen and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in similar CloudOps roles
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, cloud load balancers, and firewalls
- Knowledge of infrastructure services like LDAP, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, etc.
- Experience with service monitoring and messaging tools like Nagios, Spectrum, etc.
- Hands-on experience in system provisioning, and maintaining security and access management across public cloud service providers
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and basic administrative experience with Jira and Confluence
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and solutions, including public, private, hybrid cloud, and hyper-converged infrastructure (Azure, AWS, HCI, Nutanix)
- Strong understanding of cloud security, including IAM roles and policies, security groups, and encryption keys
- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking in cloud or on-prem environments: DNS, routing, L3/L7 protocols, etc.
- Experience with storage technologies (Dell, NetApp)
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory administration, and networking protocols and services like TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Solid experience with virtualization implementation, management, and troubleshooting
- Data center migration experience is a strong plus
- Experience managing cloud-based DNS systems: Cloudflare and Route 53
- Scripting and automation experience using the Cloudflare API or similar
- Understanding of HTTP, TLS, and CDN technologies and standards
- Windows Server certification (2008/2012/2016/2019, MCSE) is desirable
- Experience with network security in Windows environments and Cisco devices
