Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking an inspiring and detail-oriented leader with a proven track record in both web development and team management. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 3+ years in web development, demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• At least 3+ years in management, showcasing strong people leadership and the ability to drive high-performance teams.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. French proficiency is considered an asset.
