Roles and Responsibilities:
• Good number years of experience in telecom network Business Process transformation and automation. (Access Networks, RF 3G,4G,5G, Microwave, Transport, IP/SDH, OSS/BSS)
• Experience of leading multiple transformation projects preferably in networks/OSS space
• Experience in consulting, process optimization, streamlining and transforming business process.
• Advanced Word, Excel, Visio, Lucid charts, JIRA, Confluence and PowerPoint skills
• Business Process documentation
• flow charts, Swim lanes, use cases, ERD.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
• Identify, design, and implement automated solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experiences
• Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Develop and implement automation strategies and solutions
• Streamline workflows to reduce manual tasks, minimize errors, and improve efficiency.
• Guide Development teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical requirements translation.
• Streamline user stories and lead automation use case development, testing, UAT and Deployment
• Help identify and implement cost-saving measures through automation
• Develop working relationships with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
• Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients
• Independently identify issues in defined areas of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings
• Lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management
• Be a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technological trends
• Structure presentations, documentation, request for proposal responses, and other collateral
