Role Description: Lead Architecture Design: Define and architect the end-to-end solution for the application, balancing functional, technical, and business requirements.Establish Technical Strategy: Determine the best-fit approach, frameworks, tools, and technologies for development and deployment.Ensure Quality & Scalability: Design solutions that are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.Drive Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and implementation.Future-Proofing: Identify and plan for evolving technologies, scalability concerns, and future integration needs.Code & Review: Actively participate in code reviews and high-level coding tasks to ensure alignment with architectural standards.Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place.Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams on architecture best practices and implementation strategies.Documentation: Maintain clear architectural documentation and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, business leads, and executives.

Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in complex IT application development projects.Strong expertise in system design, software architecture, and technical leadership.Deep understanding of modern application stacks (e.g., microservices, cloud-native development, APIs, DevOps).Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps pipelines.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Ability to drive initiatives independently and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Desirable Skills: Experience in greenfield application development projects.Industry certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.).Knowledge of data architecture, AI/ML integrations, or IoT solutions is a plus.
