Utilismart Corporation seeks a dynamic and creative Integrated Marketing Specialist to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, business development, and sales enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in digital marketing, event coordination, content creation, and internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing various marketing and communication tasks-from social media management and website updates to event execution and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Manage and execute the organization's day-to-day communication needs
- Write, design, and coordinate newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and email campaigns
- Create marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and infographics
- Assist with branding and design needs, including logos, graphics, and templates
Digital Marketing & Web
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and website content
- Monitor analytics and performance of digital campaigns and website traffic; adjust strategies accordingly
- Create and schedule posts for social media, manage advertising, and grow audience engagement
Events & Customer Engagement
- Organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and customer-facing activities
- Support and participate in industry events and speaking engagements
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and promotion for all events
Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and opportunity-tracking efforts
- Contribute to the development of sales proposals and RFP responses
- Support business development through customer surveys, market research, and competitive analysis
Customer Success & Market Insights
- Conduct customer surveys and analyze data to provide insights on customer satisfaction and product gaps
- Help identify customer needs to assist in the product and service development process
- Maintain CRM data and contribute to customer profile updates and segmentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role-ideally in a B2B or technology-focused environment
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and social media tools
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and copywriting
- Experience organizing corporate events or trade shows is an asset.
- Solid understanding of branding, customer engagement, and modern marketing practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and lead generation tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye and a passion for storytelling
