We are seeking a Workday Human Resources Analyst to join a dynamic and future-focused team in the higher education sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
  • Support the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Support system testing, quality assurance, and documentation of processes and training materials.
  • Act as a liaison with HR teams and end-users, offering expert guidance and support while driving best practices.
  • Participate in audits, system updates, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of HCM experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, reporting, and support.
    • Experience with several of Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking
    • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in training delivery and documentation, with a strong focus on user support.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
