About the Role - We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and elevate our brand across all channels. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our overall marketing strategy, providing creative leadership, and driving measurable impact through a range of initiatives including brand positioning, digital campaigns, content development, and RFP strategy. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of senior-level marketing experience, with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Develop and maintain a compelling brand strategy that aligns with company goals and values
- Position the organization as a thought leader through strategic content and outreach
- Lead the development of messaging frameworks and brand narratives across platforms
RFP Oversight & Proposal Strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft persuasive, well-positioned RFP responses
- Ensure alignment of proposal messaging with brand tone, voice, and strategy
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional input for efficient proposal delivery
Digital Marketing & Directed Campaigns
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and improve ROI
- Lead innovation in digital channels to drive engagement and visibility
Website Management
- Maintain a dynamic, relevant, and high-performing website presence
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure content, UX, and design reflect brand excellence
- Monitor web analytics and implement improvements based on data insights
Creative Oversight, & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic and creative partner to the leadership team on key initiatives
- Drive development of compelling marketing collateral and visual identity standards
- Act as the final gatekeeper for all marketing deliverables to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Develop sales-specific campaigns, including presentations and visuals to support the sales team
- Plan and execute events, webinars, or trade shows as needed
Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts
- Develop strategies to maintain a differentiated and leadership-oriented market position
- Deliver insights and reports to the leadership team to inform business decisions
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing marketing teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management, brand building, and RFPs
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems & marketing automation tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
