Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated field representatives who are interested in a quick pathway to marketing team leadership and who are passionate about providing value to homeowners and neighbourhoods. Full-time reps can expect to make $55k-$70k over 12 months with a pathway to promotion as a Field / Team Lead.

As a member of the the team, you'll be reporting to the Field Lead. Your job will be re-engaging and introducing Quartermaster to homeowners in neighbourhoods across the Greater Toronto Area.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Must live in the GTA
  • You are ready to commit to 32 to 40 hours per week (shifts of 4-8 hours are available daily for all field reps)
  • Typical working hours are Monday to Friday between 11am-8pm (or 10-6) and most Saturdays
  • You must be tech savvy
  • Compensation: Base Salary of $36k + hourly rates of $10-27/ hour
  • Training (2 weeks) is paid at Base Salary

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work with the Community Team and other stakeholders to drive homeowner and community acquisition within GTA communities via knocking on doors
  • Leverage existing sales initiatives in communities to educate homeowners on the benefits of Quartermaster
  • Be a Product Expert - keep up to date with new product releases and features and act as a resource for the team and our customers
  • Accurately enter and track data ensuring you're following team process

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Our interview process is geared toward finding a uniquely strong fit. As we are working against the clock on some big objectives, this schedule is subject to change:

  • Step 1: 30 min group introduction: An informational interview where we tell you about the company, team and role.
  • Step 2: 30 min interview with a Field Lead: A virtual interview to get an in-depth understanding of your work experience, knowledge and competencies. You'll learn more about the role and what you'll be working on to ensure that we are also a good fit for you.
  • Step 3: 45 min Vision + Values interview: An opportunity to meet more of the team and hear about our culture. This is also a chance for you to meet the Team Lead and ask any questions you may have.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
