Job Brief:

As Gold Leaf's Video Producer & Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our target audience. You will work closely with all company divisions to produce a variety of video projects, including social media videos, service demos, and promotional videos. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently on a Mac platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our target audience
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop new video concepts, storyboards, and scripts
  • Produce, shoot, and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, incorporating animations, effects, green screen keying and transitions to enhance storytelling
  • Manage and prioritize multiple video projects simultaneously
  • Ensure that all videos are delivered on time and within budget
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and workflows
  • Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia assets, adhering to established guidelines and standards

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience as a video producer and editor
  • Proficient in video production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Mac platforms and software
  • Knowledge of sound design, colour grading, and motion graphics is required.
  • Designing 3D assets from scratch using software such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, and Unreal Engine, ensuring high-quality renders and textures is a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
