Manager, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

We are currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, ERP to join our client, a leading organization with operations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP system implementations and upgrades for our Canadian-wide client, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to their business operations.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Collaborate with our client's cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ERP systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of more than 5 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure the security and integrity of ERP systems by managing Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, and Teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for ERP systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Proven experience in leading ERP system implementations and upgrades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams of more than 5 employees.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or other related technologies.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
