Relevant to the Vice-President of Consulting Services, the Account Manager is responsible for managing the assigned client accounts. They are responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing client job postings, and supporting consultants on assignment. The incumbent develops business relationships across all sectors within client accounts, is tasked with driving short-term sales, and implementing medium-term plans to retain accounts and foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales opportunities within a portfolio of clients and contribute to achieving Consulting Services' sales objectives.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of clients' goals, issues, and needs, and present solutions.
- Manage, maintain, and develop client relationships through regular interactions.
- Act as a resource person for Talent Acquisition Advisors.
- Select candidates to be presented to clients.
- Submit candidate applications to clients.
- Support and manage consultants on assignment.
- Oversee the renewal and conclusion of consultants' assignments.
- Participate in contract negotiation and signing as needed.
- Contribute to developing sales projections.
- Keep client and consultant data up to date in the candidate management system.
- Participate in requests for proposals (RFPs).
Required Profile:
- Professional experience as an Account Manager or similar relevant experience.
- University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Experience within a Consulting Services team.
- Proficiency in influence and negotiation techniques.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- High adaptability.
